Acrylic paint on redwood salvaged from the original wood bleachers removed during the 2014–2017 renovation of Notre Dame Stadium.

The piece incorporates original iron bolts and fasteners from the historic stadium seating. The renovation, known as the Campus Crossroads Project, was unveiled in January 2014 and completed prior to the start of the 2017 football season, when the original wooden bleachers were replaced with vinyl-clad steel seating.
